Erlend Haarberg
Erlend Haarberg has been working as a professional photographer for over 30 years. Being featured in many of the most prestigious magazines and competitions in the world he is a name that many know. He has also published several photography books from remote regions such as Iceland and Laponia.
His first visit to Svalbard was in 2004 when he did a three week long ski-trek where he crossed Spitsbergen from north to south together with a small group of explorers. Erlend has been working with Arctic Wildlife Tours since 2019 and is part of the core team of the company. If you see Erlend pointing his camera somewhere you should probably consider pointing yours in the same direction. If you don’t see him anywhere, he is with 99% certainty standing on deck with his binoculars searching for wildlife.
